The beam processing station may be integrated to a production line or used as an individual machine. The stable steel frame structure assures perfect results. the entire processing unit is enclosed within an effective noise and dust enclosure.
the processing centre performs many operations such as precise cutting-to-length of studs and beams.Mitre and compound angular cuts are possible. |
Driven rollers transport the beams from the infeed to the operating position. At this point the beams aligned and clamped.
From that point the clamping and transportation unit carries out feeding of the beams to the saw and other processing steps.
Two grippers assure a secure hold during the complete processing. |
