profiline HPL 380 – Prepared for More
A profiline version of the HPL 380 is also available – with significantly enhanced standard features and many optional extras to meet individual performance requirements. The profiline HPL 380 is now available with the optional Power Concept package: an additional clamp, mounted on the right guide girder, operates independently, allowing different parts to be crosscut simultaneously. Power Concept achieves this by means of:
- clamps on the main fence which can be raised above the work area if necessary
- a speed package for 150 m/min saw carriage speed
- optimised times for machine cycles achieved by means of a special measuring system in 2 clamps to pre-position the pressure beam
- a wider air table
- cutting patterns recalculated at the saw on the basis of existing optimisation data, for minimum machining times
